The house straight ahead is the one featured in the movie Shindlers list. That is the actual house, it's still there. That is the same balcony the Nazi general shot people from. Remember in the movie? This was the work camp and he used to sit and shoot people working in the camp at random.

The owners of the house tried to turn it into a cafe. Thankfully the city stopped them. I can't believe the house is still there. Even more outrageous is that there is someone living there. Their laundry was hanging off the balcony.

I felt this whole area very disturbing and I can't believe this is here, that it happened. I think I'm going to watch Schindlers list again, that will make all this seem real. It just seems too hard to believe.
